Candle Care & FAQ
Candle Care
- To ensure candle safety and to get their maximum benefit, please follow these steps:
- Always trim your wicks to 1/4" before each burn. This will ensure your candle will burn a little longer and safer.
- For an efficient burn, your candle needs to have a wide enough melt pool during the first session. This can take 3-4 hours.
- Do not burn candles longer than 4 hours. Burning a candle too long will cause carbon to collect on the wick, which can lead to smoke.
- Do not let the wax get below 1/4' from the bottom. As the candle burns, the vessel temperature at the bottom rises.
- Do not touch or move the candle while burning.
- Allow 2 hours to cool down before relighting.
- Burn your candle within sight.
- Burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface and away from air drafts.
- Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
